We currently provide ambulatory transport only, meaning passengers must be able to walk and transfer independently. Wheelchair-accessible service is coming soon as we expand our fleet to better serve the Treasure Valley community.
For Medicaid transportation, please contact MTM for scheduling at 1-855-687-4786. We are currently working on becoming an approved Medicaid provider and will update our services as soon as approval is complete. We serve Nampa, Boise, Meridian, Caldwell and nearby Treasure Valley communities including Eagle, Kuna, Middleton, and Star. If you're unsure whether we serve your area, please call us to discuss your specific location.
We recommend scheduling 24-48 hours in advance for the best availability. Same-day rides are available when possible, but advance booking ensures we can accommodate your preferred time and provide the most reliable service.

Yes, all our vehicles are professionally maintained and sanitized between each ride. Our drivers are trained, insured, and committed to providing safe, comfortable transportation for all passengers.
Absolutely! We can schedule both one-way and round-trip transportation. For appointments where you know the duration, we can arrange to pick you up at a specific time. For longer appointments, we can schedule return pickup based on your estimated finish time.
